The question: what is actually true about what I bring?

This is where we stop obsessing over everything that needs fixing long enough to look at what's already there. We go underneath your job title, skills and experience for the recurring pattern in how you create value: what you do naturally, what people repeatedly come to you for, what gets better, clearer, easier or more possible because you're in the room. That's where your Gift starts leaving fingerprints. Then we ask the question that matters: so what? Because being gifted isn't enough. We connect your Gift to the outcome it creates and the value that outcome has for somebody else.

You'll leave Day 2 with:

A clearer understanding of your Gift and language for why it matters. You leave Day 2 with language. Real language. Not "I'm passionate about helping people."
